Fe For A Cure Race/Walk
Saturday, September 19 | Tammy Walker Cancer Center

One of Salina's biggest and most affordable races is back! The Fe For A Cure 5K is USATF certified, and the event also includes a 1-Mile Fun Run, making it a great event for the entire family.

8:00 a.m. – 5K Race
8:10 a.m. – 1-Mile Fun Run

Registration:
$25 for ages 12+
$10 for ages 11 and younger
Includes a race T-shirt and breakfast food provided by SRHC Food Services

[Register at feforacure.com]

We need approximately 125 volunteers to help with registration, setup, course direction, blocking entrances/exits, and encouraging participants. Most volunteer shifts are two hours or less, and volunteers receive a shirt and can enjoy breakfast after their shift.

[Sign up to volunteer] or contact Daniel Craig at dacraig@srhc.com for a paper form.

100% of Fe For A Cure entry fees support patients at Tammy Walker Cancer Center. Funds help provide patient meals during chemotherapy, wigs and other items through the Appearance Center, transportation assistance, and stays at the Rebecca A. Morrison House.

Last year's Fe For A Cure had 1,214 participants and raised $79,183 to support cancer patients.

Whether you run, walk, volunteer, or simply cheer others on, we hope you'll join us for one—or both!—of these great community events.

Let's get moving, have some fun, and make a difference together!
